Thank you for shopping at [BIZZY]! We are committed to delivering your gifts as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery times.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Estimated Shipping Times We partner with reliable global and domestic suppliers to bring you high-quality products. Depending on the product's origin and your location, delivery times may vary:

Standard US Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.

International Shipping: 10 to 20 business days.
Note: While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, unexpected carrier delays, customs inspections, or extreme weather conditions may occasionally occur.
3. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or the carrier’s portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
4. Multiple Packages To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers, and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
5. Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (Optional: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50!)
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately at maibrian50@gmail.com . Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the destination address or offer a refund for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Maibrian50@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement.

Lost/Stolen Packages: BITZYY is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received. If you suspect your package was stolen, please check with your neighbors or contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, BITZY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
