Refund policy

At BITZYY, we carefully curate our lighting and decor items and want you to be completely in love with your space. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

2. Cancellation Period
We offer a strict cancellation period of 24 hours after your order is placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@bitzyy.store. If the order is successfully cancelled within this cancellation period and the product has not yet been shipped or produced, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we strictly cannot cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bitzyy.store with clear photos or videos of the damage and the packaging. We will evaluate the issue and either issue a full refund or send a free replacement. If a replacement is requested, it will be processed and shipped according to our standard delivery timeframes outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Improper Installation Clause: We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide compensation for items damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or misuse by the customer or a third-party contractor (e.g., an electrician).

4. Return Procedure (How to Return)
To ensure a smooth process, all returns must strictly follow these steps:

Contact customer service at support@bitzyy.store with your Order Number and a clear reason for the return.

Provide clear photos or videos as evidence (mandatory for damaged or defective claims).

Ensure the product, all original packaging materials, and invoices are kept in their original condition.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide our US return address. You must ship the item to the provided address and share the return tracking number with us.

We will process your initial return request within 48 hours of receipt.

After we receive the returned package, our team will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For defective/damaged items (upon arrival): BITZYY will cover the return shipping cost.

For customer remorse (changed mind, ordered wrong size/color): The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Since we offer free shipping on all orders, you will receive a full refund of the product's purchase price once the return is processed.

6. Refund Method and Processing Time

Refund Method: All approved refunds will be issued directly back to your original payment method used at checkout.

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.

7. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items that meet all our return conditions.
