Thank you for shopping at Bitzyy! We are committed to delivering your items as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery times.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Estimated Shipping Times & Carriers We partner with reliable global and domestic suppliers to bring you high-quality products. We typically use major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL, depending on the size and weight of your package.

  • Standard US Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (7-15 business days) = 8 to 18 business days in total.

Note: While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, unexpected carrier delays, customs inspections, or extreme weather conditions may occasionally occur.

3. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or the carrier’s portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

4. Multiple Packages To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers, and you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

5. Shipping Rates & Delivery Locations We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. The price you see on the product page is the final price—no surprise shipping fees at checkout.

  • Please note: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately at support@bitzyy.store. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the destination address or offer a refund for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

7. Damaged, Lost, Stolen, or Missing Items

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@bitzyy.store with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement.

  • Missing Items: If you open your package and find that an item or a component is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and send the missing parts immediately.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages & Risk of Loss: Once the package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer. BITZYY is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after the package has been accepted by the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received. If you suspect your package was stolen, please check with your neighbors or contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
